freemedforms-i18n software package provides translations of the FreeMedForms project, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freemedforms-i18n
freemedforms-i18n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freemedforms-i18n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freemedforms-i18n *
You will get with freemedforms-i18n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
